As a sitting magistrate judge from 2016-2025, Jill presided over a family law docket, which included divorce, property settlements, business valuations, military and non-military retirements, custody, child support, and domestic violence. Jill further presided over probate matters related to wills, estates & trusts, including guardianships for vulnerable adults and children. 

For parties residing outside of the Boise area, or presenting with other needs, mediation may occur virtually upon agreement of all parties.
